What is a Service Agreement?

A Service Agreement is a written agreement between Side by Side Support Co Pty Ltd and a participant (or their nominee) that outlines how support will be delivered.

It explains:

  • The type of support provided

  • Roles and responsibilities

  • Pricing and billing arrangements

  • Cancellation terms

  • How the agreement can be changed or ended

Service Agreements support transparency, choice, and clarity, and are used in line with NDIS expectations and participant rights.

Our Service Agreements

We provide tailored Service Agreements depending on the type of support being delivered:

NDIS Support Work

For participants receiving practical, hands-on assistance with daily living, community access, and capacity-building supports.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

For participants receiving recovery-oriented support focused on building confidence, skills, and independence over time (where funded or by private arrangement).

Each agreement is personalised to reflect the participant’s goals, funding arrangements, and support needs.

Before Starting Services

Before services begin, we will:

  • Talk through the Service Agreement with you

  • Explain how supports will be delivered

  • Confirm pricing in line with the NDIS Price Guide (where applicable)

  • Ensure the agreement reflects your goals, preferences, and funding

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Provide time for you to review the document with a trusted person if you wish

Service Agreements are signed electronically prior to commencement of services.

Changes to Your Agreement

Service Agreements can be updated at any time by mutual agreement if:

  • Your goals change

  • Your funding changes

  • Your circumstances change

  • The level of support required changes

We aim to keep agreements flexible and responsive to real-life needs.

Ending an Agreement

Either party may end a Service Agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the document.

Participants may choose another provider at any time.

There are no exit fees.
