Want support to build independence and life skills

Our Approach
Our recovery coaching is:
Person-centred - your goals, values, and lived experience come first
Trauma-informed - we prioritise safety, choice, and trust
Strengths-based - focusing on what you already do well
Recovery-oriented - supporting hope, autonomy, and growth
Flexible - adapting as your needs and goals evolve
We understand that recovery is not linear. Support can look different at different times, and that’s okay.
What this service is not
To ensure clarity and safety, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching does not include:
Clinical counselling, psychology, or psychotherapy.
Diagnosis or treatment of mental illness
Crisis or emergency mental health services
If additional or specialist supports are needed, we can help you explore appropriate referrals.
